Shipping Policy
Priceless Beauty Hair Extensions is not responsible for late shipments that are due to inclement weather, acts of god, holidays, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating all shipping times. Please place orders in advance to allow for any delays, do not wait until the last minute to place your order with us. if you have an upcoming appointment or engagement it is best to order in a timely manner. If your package is delayed shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, bad address, or nonexistent address you will be responsible for ALL additional shipping charges.
Lost Shipping Policy
If you are tracking your package online and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it is has been lost in transit please email us immediately . We will contact the carrier to begin a trace on your package which will initiate them in starting an investigation. This can take up to 7-30 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost in their possession a replacement will be shipped out to you pending the investigation.
